Instant Troubleshooting

If you are having issues with your Instant setup that you are unable to resolve by following the Setup steps, please get in touch with support. They may ask you to send your debugging logs; if so, follow this process to find the logs.

Debugging Logs

First, perform the action you are having problems with so that everything can be logged by the system.

Then, to get the debugging log for AZLabels Instant, click the tray icon, then go to Advanced -> Diagnostics -> View Logs.

Note that on a Windows machine, you can find the AZLabels icon at the bottom right of your computer screen.

Click the blue link at the top left of the screen that opens:

Then, send the file named "debug.log" to the support team.
