If you've been having any problems with the extension, we want to help. There can be a few issues that cause the extension to stop working, but to diagnose the issue we'll need some information from you. Here's how you can help us get the information we need:

Seller Central Page Errors

There may be errors on the Seller Central page. We'll need to see a screenshot of the error, so please follow the instructions to reveal any errors:

In the browser, click the View menu in your Top Bar, then goto Developer -> Javascript Console.


Click the Print Thermal Labels button and then send a copy of the console logs to support@azlabels.com. To save the console logs, right click on the log and click the Save As button.

Background Page Errors

Another place there could be an error is in the background page of the extension. Go into your extension settings (open a new tab and goto:  chrome://extensions/), and then check the developer mode button in the top right of the settings. 

You will see some new options under each extension, and we are looking specifically for the "Inspect views: src/bg/background.html" link underneath the AZLabels extension.

If you click on that, it will open another Javascript console, this time for the background processes of the extension. Try to run a print with that window open, and then look there for any errors that come up and copy and paste them in an email to our support team.
