If you are using Firefox, here are the steps to send us the console logs:

Seller Central Errors

There may be errors on the Seller Central page. We'll need to see a screenshot of the error, so please follow the instructions to reveal any errors:

In the browser, click the Tools menu in your Top Bar, then go to Web Developer -> Web Console.


Background Page Errors

Another place there could be an error is in the background page of the extension.

  1. In a new tab in your browser, type "about:debugging#addons".
  2. Click the debug button under AZLabels



  3. Do the same thing that causes the error.
  4. Send the logs from the "Console" tab:
