Cancellation Policy

When you subscribe to AZLabels, you subscribe to either a monthly or annual plan which will be automatically renewed until you cancel. You are free to cancel at point, but the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. All cancellations must be done through the official cancellation form at http://dashboard.azlabels.com/settings#/subscription. A cancellation will not be performed directly by customer service to prevent unauthorized cancellations and to maintain an official record of customer cancellations. 
  2. Cancelling an account will still allow you to use the service for the remaining time that has been paid for, so if you only need one month of label printing, you can subscribe and then immediately complete the cancellation form and your service will be active for the full month.
  3. Refunds
    1. If you cancel an annual plan, you can submit a refund request for the portion of annual plan that has not been used, rounded up to the nearest month. If you have 2.5 months remaining in your annual plan, you will receive a refund for 3/12 of the amount of the annual plan.
    2. If you cancel a monthly plan, you can submit a refund request for the last month of your membership if forgot to cancel. We will not refund more than one month of your membership unless
