Fixing Vertical Prints on a Dymo Printer

Sometimes when a Dymo printer is not set up correctly, the printed labels will be wrong orientation, printing across several labels in the wrong direction. This issue is caused by the label sizes on your local computer not being set up correctly, or the wrong orientation selected on AZLabels. Follow the steps below to fix this issue:

AZLabels - Flip

The first step to try is to flip the label orientation on AZLabels. Login to your  dashboard, and turn the Flip option to On:


Do another test print to see if that fixed the issue. If not, go to the next step.

Dymo Label Settings

In this step, you will be setting up the label sizes on your local computer to reflect the size and orientation of the labels you are using. We have written a full article about this process here:
